Jacqueline Gonzaga Nampoza

Ms. Nampoza is the Senior Personal Secretary to the Executive Secretary responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support to the Executive Secretary.  Ms. Nampoza has over 25 years of experience in administration, human resource management and secretarial services. She holds a Master of Management Studies majoring in Human Resource Management; a post-graduate diploma in Human Resource Management from Uganda Management Institute, and a Bachelor of Secretarial Studies from Makerere University. Nampoza is a member of the National Association of Secretaries and Administrative Professionals.  Prior to joining IUCEA, Ms. Nampoza worked as Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer of Uganda Electricity Transmission Company Limited.

Ms. Nampoza has undergone various training in administration, project management, records management, human resource management and electronic filing.
