Immaculate Kebirungi is a Personal Secretary, to the Office of Deputy Executive Secretary, Higher Education, Research Support System.She holds Msc. In Organisation and Public Sector Management and a bachelor’s degree in Administrative and Secretarial Science from Kyambogo University. She published her thesis titled: “Working Environment and Employee Productivity”. She had done short courses, in Public administration and management, Communication skills, and communication Strategy amongst others.

She also has  a working experience of over 20 years, with education institutions, 12 of which is at the Inter-University Council for East Africa;   Busitema University,  Maryhill High School, and St Peters S-S -Katukuru, Mbarara.She has hands-on experience in many administrative processes; have served as an Executive Assistant, Senior Personal Secretary, Acting Bursar, and Assistant Librarian, coordinated Staff, and Students Mobility, and participated in Human Resource processes and most Quality Assurance activities. she a mentor and a Counsellor and take pleasure in effective communication.

She likes social networking, love singing and dancing.  She want to see a positive change in people’s lives and a member of Rotary International, a Girl Guide and the Chairperson of SCOGA Investment Club.
